Warranty & Returns
Automate Parts is happy to offer replacement or refund on items sold.
1. As Mechanical products has 3 months warranty from the date of purchase, appropriate sales invoice should be submitted on return.
2. If the item is damaged or wrong item has been sent or has a manufacturing fault. Replacement can only be done within the notification of the 5 days of the receipt. Replacement will only be issued after proper testing & inspection of the product that has been returned. If product is faulty. Buyer sends it back on your own expense and we send back the replacement on our cost.
3. Product must be sent back with original packaging. Refund excludes all shipping fees.
4. Please check & verify with us before buying any product if your unsure about its application.
